Refund and Returns Policy – FernKart Express

FernKart Express, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our refund and returns policy is designed to be flexible and customer-friendly, accommodating our patrons as much as possible.

Return Policy:

Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the receipt of the product and is valid under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product: If a wrong product has been dispatched and does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  • Manufacturing Defect: If you identify a quality or manufacturing defect in the received product.
  • Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Note: For products that do not fit into your desired decor, we will refund the amount of the purchased product.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product at support@fernkart.com or call our helpline at +91 8764635167.
  2. Important: When opening your order, please record a video. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will send you a replacement. However, in this case, you will need to return the product at your own cost, and we will dispatch a new product for you.
  3. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product. It typically takes 2-3 working days to organize the pickup and 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse.
  4. Refund Process: After receiving the product, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. Upon approval, the refund process will be initiated within 2-3 days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method or via NEFT transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Please allow 5-6 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Points to Remember:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label, and invoice.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition.
  • You may be asked to print three documents to provide to the logistics company representative during the pickup.

Breakages:

In case of breakage or transit damage:

  • Please send an open order videography of the damaged product via WhatsApp to +91 8764635167 immediately upon receipt. Order kholte samay videography jarur kare aur damage hone par humein bheje.
  • Retain the original packaging, including any foam and cushioning, for the product’s safe return journey.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@fernkart.com or call +91 8764635167 within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return in case of non-acceptance.

If you do not accept the product for any reason, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

Handcrafted Products:

Please note that our products are handcrafted, and there might be slight variations in texture, color, and size. These natural variations are not considered defects but add uniqueness to each product.
